1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments Required:
To ensure personalized service, all bridal consultations and fittings are by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 2-3 months in advance, especially during peak seasons.
Appointment Duration:
Bridal consultations typically last 1-1.5 hours, during which you will work with a stylist to find the perfect dress. Additional time may be required for fitting or accessory selection.
Group Size:
For the comfort of all guests, we recommend bringing no more than 3-4 people with you to your appointment.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment time or reschedule.
2. Pricing and Payments
Pricing Transparency:
We offer a range of styles, designers, and price points to suit every budget. Prices are clearly marked on all merchandise.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place an order for a gown. The remaining balance is due upon arrival of the dress.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
Alterations:
Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. Alteration will be up to $2,000 or higher. We offer professional alteration services at an additional cost. Alteration pricing will be discussed at the time of your fitting.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointment Cancellations:
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed for a bridal gown, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your selection before confirming your order.
4. Dress Returns & Exchanges
No Returns:
Bridal gowns are custom ordered to your specifications, so unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective Items:
If you receive a gown with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your dress. We will work with you and the designer to resolve the issue.
Fit Issues:
While we do our best to ensure the perfect fit at your fitting appointment, we strongly encourage you to visit our boutique for any necessary alterations well in advance of your wedding day.
5. Alterations
Fitting Appointments:
Alterations are highly recommended for a perfect fit and must be done by our expert seamstress or a qualified tailor. Please schedule your alteration fitting as soon as your dress arrives.
Alteration Timeline:
Alterations typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, so please schedule your first fitting as early as possible after your gown arrives.
Alteration Fees:
Fees for alterations vary based on the complexity of the work needed. A detailed estimate will be provided during your consultation.
6. Delivery & Pick-Up
Dress Arrival:
Bridal gowns typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive after ordering. We will notify you when your gown has arrived and is ready for pick-up.
Pick-Up:
Dresses should be picked up within 30 days of arrival. After 30 days, a $25 storage fee will be charged per month.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Client Information:
We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or for purposes of providing services (e.g., alterations).
8. Special Orders
Custom Orders:
We are happy to assist with special and custom orders. Please note that custom designs and orders require a 50% deposit, and the gown may take longer to arrive.
Fabric Swatches:
If you would like to review fabric swatches or sample colors before placing a special order, please ask your stylist for assistance.
